Register A Company

Register your business to make it a distinct legal entity. How and where you need to register depends on your business structure and business location.

 

The process

The process to register a company in the Cayman Islands may differ based on the type of company you intend to register. If you wish to register an ordinary resident company that will allow you to carry on business in the Cayman Islands, there are three key steps you will need to follow. 

 

  1. Reserve your company name
  2. Complete the incorporation application
  3. Return your signed consent forms

  • Memorandum of Association 
  • Articles of Association
  • Name Approval 

How to Register

You can either hire a licensed service provider to register your company, or you can register for an account on the Registry’s Cayman Business Portal (CBP): https://www.cbp.ky/
