Thais provides strategic direction, manages the day-to-day operations of the Centre and participates in the development, recommendation and administration of policies, procedures and processes in support of Centre operations. She is responsible for managing the Centre, whose mission is to assist local small businesses with their start up or expansion. Thais acts under the direction of the Ministry of Social Development and Innovation while working closely with the CICBD team and other key stakeholders.
Antoleen is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of programmes, policies, and procedures that support local businesses in starting, expanding, or improving operations, while ensuring compliance with best practices and alignment with the Ministry's strategic goals. She ensures compliance with best practices and procedures and focuses primarily on business consulting, counseling, marketing plans, business plans, financial analysis, and entrepreneurship training.
Albert assists small and micro businesses with sales estimates, cost analysis, and cash flow planning. He uses internationally established tools which help entrepreneurs identify areas of their business which require focus. He helps business owners keep track of growth prospects, and business objectives. Albert works closely with the Director and Senior Business Advisor, as well as other key stakeholders.
Romaine provides strategic guidance to local Small and Micro Enterprises with starting or expanding their businesses. His primary focus is on business consulting, counselling, digital marketing, business plans, financial plans and analysis, and entrepreneurship training. He provides individualized confidential business counselling and aftercare services for business deployment and works closely with the Senior Business Advisor and other stakeholders.
Paula is the Programme Coordinator that has responsibilities for administrative, accounting and training functions of the Centre. She assists with the development and management of the training programmes and initiatives of the Centre as well as provides support to the clients of the Incubator. She is the first point of interface between the centre and its stakeholders. She also assist the director in preparing department budgets and monitors the budget performance. As a trained Project Manager, she monitors and provides reports on the projects and programme performance for strategic review of the Centre.
Seko is responsible for developing market research strategies, managing research components of the Centre and providing project management support to assist in the continued growth and development of the Centre.
Rachelle is the Marketing and Design Business Support Officer. Her primary focus is designing marketing materials, managing digital assets, creating social media content and assisting in promotional activities for all CICBD events.
Candice is a dedicated and welcoming receptionist who acts as the first point of contact for our organization. She greets visitors with a warm smile, provides excellent customer service and is skilled at handling a variety of administrative tasks. Her attention to detail and positive attitude ensures that everyone who enters our centre feels welcomed and supported. Candice’s ability to multitask and work efficiently makes her a great asset to our team.
