Programme Overview:

Idea to Impact is a comprehensive, multi-phase entrepreneurial programme hosted by CICBD, designed to guide aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs from idea development through to market launch. The programme emphasizes clarity of purpose, real-world validation,—anchored by actionable milestones, practical learning, and sustained post-programme support.

The 1-week boot camp serves as Phase 1, laying the foundation with a focus on mindset, customer discovery, and business model development. This transitions into Phase 2, a 90-day business development journey designed to empower 20 early-stage entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and network needed to build viable, customer-validated ventures. The goal is for at least 50% of participants to validate their business ideas—measured by indicators such as problem-solution fit, MVP testing, user engagement, and early traction.

In Phase 3, participants are invited to refine their investor pitch and go-to-market strategy. This final phase culminates in the submission of a launch plan, a formal pitch presentation, and participation in a mock pitch session before a panel of advisors.
